Chris Brewer joined Hitwise in 2004 as Group Commercial Director. He is responsible for strategy and insight into all commercial and revenue based activities.
Chris joined Hitwise from Tarsus Group plc, a multi-media group listed on the London Stock Exchange. Initially Chris served as CFO/COO of the US group based in Chicago and later transferred to London as COO of the UK group. In both regions Chris implemented a series of cost saving restructures while continuing to grow revenue through acquisition and organically from core products.
Chris worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Business Assurance division from 1992 to 1999. During this time Chris spent extended periods working in the Melbourne, Vancouver, London and Riyadh offices with an emphasis on mining, media and technology sectors.
Chris is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University.
